stayed here sun to thurs .4th floor room was great ,separate toilet and bathroom , facing the front. for breakfast there was more choice than expected , even beans and bacon some days, always sausages and fried/scrambled egg . Just up the hill from the tram stop , used numbers 9 and 26 , day tickets from reception(staff friendly and helpful) a fiver. Otherwise used ubers about a fiver from hotel to prasna brana (close to ctr)but walkable . would definitely use again and good value for money

I booked an accessible room through hotels.com. I arrived at the hotel to find that the entrance has 7 steps and the only means of access was using their manual ramps which could only accommodate one wheel each. I tried going up the ramps in my powered wheelchair and nearly came off. The angle is so steep if accessing using a manual wheelchair would require someone very strong pushing. My room entrance had a lip which my wheelchair was able to negotiate. The bathroom did have some useful facilities like a low sink, walk in shower and grip bars by the toilet. However the toilet was to high off the ground so this room is unsuitable unless you can transfer. Restaurant has a step (see photo) and no ramp available so I had to walk in using my walker in order to have breakfast which was included in my hotel booking. After my initial frightening experience i entered and exited the hotel by walking in/ out using the hand rail/ sticks. Some hotel staff were helpful and attentive, others were not. The hotel entrance doors appear to operate using timed sensors and because I was on sticks I took longer and had the frightening experience of the doors closing on me. If my wife hadn't been on hand I'd have had a nasty accident. Hotel staff only responded after my wife complained to them, saying that they hadn't heard my screams for help. We subsequently received an apology from the hotel

Great hotel, superb choice at breakfast, hash brown and fried eggs where great, 10 min walk downhill to Prague or if you are not very mobile I would jump on 26 tram. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby . Good location for visit to zizkov TV tower and observatory. Can't fault this hotel at all, organised airport transfers and staff where all very friendly.

Stayed in room 507 for 3 nights at the end of November. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was wonderfully spacious and just what we needed. Lots of storage space and good mirrors and sockets in the walls for things like phone chargers/ hairdryer etc. Breakfast was good- would have liked the hash browns more often, but the selection was decent for a 3star hotel. Great location- lots of trams from Lipanska into the centre. We bought a day travel ticket for 120kc from reception. Reception also organised a taxi to collect us from the airport for 800kc. Would definitely recommend this hotel- good atmosphere, clean and well run. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so memorable. Jayne and Helen

The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was lovely and the bar was cheap and stayed open late. It was a great stay overall and even had a bath aswell as a shower. When we left the room it was cleaned amazingly well and left with more coffee/ milk etc. The staff of the bar as well as the hotel were so kind and helpful and even explained the tram routes to my partner and I! The hotel is only a 5 minute or so walk from the Lipanska tram station, so getting trams in and out of Prague was so easy! Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone staying in Prague!
